35 years of the Leuven Christmas Market!

Indeed, since December 1988, the Leuven Christmas Market has been a fixture in the end-of-year events of the city of Leuven.
We celebrate this 35th anniversary appropriately with a longer edition of the Christmas Market: from Thursday 7 to Thursday 21 December, you are more than welcome on Mgr Ladeuze and H. Hooverplein.

Also new this year is 'Kerstlekkers', a foodstreet with all kinds of delicacies from home and abroad in the middle of the Ladeuzeplein.

If you have something to celebrate yourself or would like to organise an original Christmas drink with friends or colleagues at the Leuven Christmas Market, you can do so in our VIP bar 'Den Thuis'. You will get more info on this after sending a message to secretariaat@leuvensekerstmarkt.com.

During the Leuven Christmas Market, you can of course visit Santa Claus. He is based in his own pine forest in the middle of the Ladeuzeplein and can be visited every day from 1pm to 9pm.
